Membership and Services

Polished Club offers unlimited nail membership plans (e.g., Princess, Queen, Goddess) at participating salon locations. Your membership is subject to the plan you select and the policies of the salon where you receive services. Services are provided by the salon; Polished Club facilitates the membership program.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information. You may not share your membership or account with others in a way that violates your plan or these terms.

Payment and Cancellation

Membership fees are billed according to your plan. Cancellation and refund policies are as communicated at sign-up or by your salon. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any salon or member data. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.

Our website and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nail services are performed by participating salons; we are not liable for the quality or outcome of services performed at those locations.
